Readora Membership Subscription Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Readora App ("App"), a digital platform that offers a premium reading experience. By accessing the membership subscription service ("Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"), which supplement the "Readora App Terms of Service Agreement".

The Service offers different subscription packages with varying prices, reflecting the number of Coins and Bonuses included. Subscribers may enjoy discounts and special offers at the discretion of SUNWIN ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (the "PLATFORM").

4. Automatic Renewal and Payment

The Service includes an option for continuous (auto-renewing) subscriptions. By choosing this option, you authorize the PLATFORM to automatically deduct the subscription fee from your designated payment method when the billing period is about to expire. You are responsible for ensuring that your account has sufficient funds to cover the charges.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following steps:

- On your iOS device, navigate to "Settings" → "iTunes Store and App Store" → select "Apple ID" → click "View Apple ID" → click "Subscriptions" → find the Readora subscription and select "Cancel."

The PLATFORM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. The PLATFORM also retains the right to amend the terms of this Agreement, and any changes will be effective upon posting.

All content within the App remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders. The PLATFORM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes during the subscription period.

8. Disclaimer

The PLATFORM provides the Service on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the content or the Service. The PLATFORM is not responsible for any third-party content or services accessed through the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the "Readora App License and Service Agreement," constitutes the entire understanding between you and the PLATFORM regarding the Service. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the "Readora App License and Service Agreement," the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
